Repair & Upgrade Process
Most of our stores are equipped to handle basic repairs and data transfers. However, for complex repairs or upgrades, your device may need to be forwarded to our central repair centre in Liphook.
We will keep you fully informed throughout the process, including estimated repair times and costs. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to discuss them with your store manager.

Repair Service Policy
We aim to repair a wide range of devices, but not all technology is repairable due to age, availability of parts, or the severity of damage. While we maintain a success rate of over 98% on completed repairs, there are cases where:
