I just called Disking in hysterics as I managed to do something on my keyboard that meant when I clicked say "R" it opened the run function and similar things ... Sam was an absolute star and was able to immediately tell me what had happened and how to fix it (the windows button had gotten stuck). I cannot say what a relief it was to be told how to fix this issue. Now, I appreciate not many people are inept as I clearly am with my technology but there was no judgement, just help! A HUGE thank you!
